Order

Every visitor to the server can send a non-binding order for any number of tours offered here. At the moment of ordering a tour, CA does not know whether the requested tour is available. Upon receipt of the order, CA verifies the availability of the tour with the tour operator. In case of multiple orders, CA verifies the available capacity of the tours in the order in which the orders were received. In case of free capacity of the tour, CA will make the reservation and will not verify other requested orders. It then informs the customer that the reservation has been made. If the customer decides to book a tour other than the one booked and notifies the CA, the CA will verify whether another tour is available. In case the customer rejects 2 available booked tours, CA has the right to further reject the customer and not to verify the next requested tour. In case the requested tour is not available CA will inform the customer.

CA reserves the right to refuse incomplete orders that do not contain the correct telephone number without replying to the customer. CA reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies that may arise during transcription into the server database after the order has been placed.

Travel contract

After a successful booking, the customer is sent a completed travel contract either by fax, email or post.
The customer is informed by CA when he/she has to return the signed Travel Contract back to CA.  Together with the Travel Contract, the customer is sent information regarding payment for the tour. The dates of return of the Travel Contract and payments are binding for the client. CA is not responsible for the consequences of late return of the Travel Contract and late payment (the tour booking may be cancelled by the tour operator).

Payment

For booked tours, the customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 50% of the total price of the tour. In the case of various early purchase discounts, payment of 100% of the tour price may be required. The customer is obliged to pay the full price of the tour at the latest 1 month before the tour takes place. (CA is not responsible for late payment by the customer and for any cancellation by the organizing agency due to late payment).

In case the tour is booked less than 1 month before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay the full price of the tour in one lump sum.

Travel documents
The necessary documents - vouchers, tickets, insurance documents, etc. will be obtained from the CA or directly from the tour organizing company. Travel instructions are usually sent 7-5 days before departure. Some documents, such as airline tickets, can be handed over to the customer directly at the airport.
If the client buys the tour just before departure, he/she usually receives all documents at the airport.

Return confirmation tours
For some tours, it is necessary to first check availability with the foreign partner.  In this case, the CA requires the client to pay a deposit of up to 100% of the tour price before booking the tour; due to successful confirmation by the foreign partner (hotel), the booking becomes immediately binding and is subject to the relevant cancellation policy of the organising CA. In the event of an unsuccessful booking, the entire amount is immediately refunded to the customer, unless he/she wishes to transfer it to another tour.

Cancellation is free of cancellation fees until the contract is signed and the deposit or full price of the tour is paid. After signing the contract and depositing the deposit or the full amount of the tour, the cancellation is governed by the cancellation fees of the tour organizing agency.

Complaints

It is possible to complain about the tour either in the CA that arranges the tour or directly with the tour organizer. If the client complains about the tour in CA, the CA is not entitled to decide on the complaint, but the complaint will be forwarded to the tour organizing company. The latter is obliged to comment on it within the statutory deadline.
